• To relocate inlet and outlet pipe for kitchen sink.

• Labour to install 1 sink and tap
• Design & Fabricate 16½ft top and bottom kitchen solid plywood cabinet with 8ft solid surface with ABS door & drawer . C/W with disk rack, cutlery tray , designer handles [Laminate finish]

Foyer Area [Main Entrance] & Bedroom Passage Way

• False ceiling at main entrance area and passage way leading to bedrooms

Living and Dining room

• LBOX for living & dining
• TV console cum feature wall
• Removal of existing living room timber skirting and replace with homogeneous tile skirting similar to floor.
• Supply labor to install ceiling fan.

Main Bedroom

• LBOX for main bedroom [25sqf]
• 6 feet Built-In wardrobe
• Suspended storage cabinet below vanity.

Bathroom

• Labour to install 2 x water heater
• Labour to install mirror & bathroom accessories
• Labour to replace existing shower head with rain showhead
  

Misc

• Painting of whole unit with ICI pentalite emulsion[includes pipe, ceiling and main gate]
• Supply and provide re-varnishing for existing timber door
• Supply and provide re-varnishing for existing bedroom parquet
• Chemical wash and clear debris upon completion
• Lay protection sheet on existing flooring.
• Window Grill for whole unit [185 sqf]
• Run lightings and installation [Whole Unit]
  
• Haulage & delivery of material to site.
